Prior to installing the Mechanical Production Treater:
• Unable to heat past 60 degrees Celsius,
• Sales cut was 30 per cent (with two per cent solids),
• Short loads due to foam.
After installing the Mechanical Production Treater:
• Tank consistently above 80 degrees Celsius,
• Sales quality oil (less than 0.5 per cent) was achieved,
• Sand separated in the tank,
• No foam.
